An interesting (and enjoyable) way that you can support the Homeless FA is to eat for us!
We are partnered and funded by StreetSmart, who add a voluntary £1 to the table bill at selected restaurants during the months of November and December. The restaurant then passes on the total money raised to StreetSmart, who in turn fund us to deliver our programmes in that area. So participating London diners are helping out our London services, and Bristol diners are supporting our work in the South West.
For a full list of participating restaurants, please visit the Homeless FA website.
London-based supporters can also tantalize their tastebuds whilst raising money for us by visiting our award-winning ‘pie partners’ Piebury Corner on Holloway Road and ordering the ‘Lee Dixon’.
Homeless FA supporter Lee Dixon has officially put his name to the gourmet chicken balti pie, with all the proceeds from sales of the pie coming directly to us.
We are proud that the majority of our volunteers are taken from players who have participated in our programmes, meaning that public volunteering opportunities are incredibly limited.
We are always looking for enthusiastic supporters however, so if you are interested in supporting the Homeless FA in any way, please contact info@homelessfa.org and get behind an England team you really can be proud of!
