It’s very simple. Turn your frown upside-down, and smile as often as possible. Your sad facial expression not only elicits negative energy, but that energy rubs off on everyone around you and turns people off.

Be grateful.

Stop worrying about what you don’t have, and spend some time enjoying all the good things in your life.

Forget envy.

Jealousy is a negative attribute to hold onto to. Why be envious of others when you are capable of great things yourself? Turn jealousy into positive energy.

Stop being so critical.

Criticizing others, as well as yourself, does nothing for your positive perspective. Spend your time bettering yourself, rather than criticizing others.

Exercise.

Working out every day contributes greatly to your happiness and optimism. If you have pent up negative emotions, take it out on the treadmill and punching bag.
