Here are simple simple actions that can help you overcome negative thoughts:

 

1. Smile.

It really does help change your mood and relieve stress

2. Surround yourself with positive people.

3. Change the tone of your thoughts from negative to positive.

4. Don’t play the victim. You create your life—take responsibility.

5. Help someone.

6. Remember that no one is perfect and let yourself move forward

7. Sing.

8. List five things that you are grateful for right now.

9. Read positive quotes

Watch your thoughts, they become words.
Watch your words, they become actions.
Watch your actions, they become habits.
Watch your habits, they become your character.
Watch your character, it becomes your destiny.

10. Meditate or do yoga

Yoga is also very relaxing and can help ease your mind and can bring you back to the now—the only moment, the most important moment
