Let’s face it, learning to do anything new by ourselves is really hard.
And getting together in community to train our brains and improve our lives is one of the best ways we can increase what we get out of our lives, out of our work, and out of what we have to give to the world.
Our mission at the Flow Genome Project and the purpose of Flow Hacker Nation is to create opportunities and group flow trainings, opening up a chance to collectively test the newest and coolest ways for us to train our brains.
We are interested in creating the largest, open-sourced, citizen science project on optimal well-being ever conducted in history.
Sound too good to be true?
Watch as the Flow Genome Project, Executive Director and co-founder, Jamie Wheal, shows off how flow is taught, cultivated, and inspired in others.
