At our launch on 1st March we will explain our programme of events, experiences and activities across the year and how you can get involved. All designed so you can learn about the scientific benefits of how physical health effects your mental health, as well as how to incorporate these learning’s into the workplace.
We will have Experts , Talks, Events and Activities across the year focusing on the 4 pillars of physical health –
Exercise,
Nutrition,
Sleep,
Sunlight.
In April, June, September we will be deconstructing a Triathlon into the three individual components of
Run,
Cycle,
Swim.
As well as showcasing talks, webinars and (hopefully) a Wellness training retreat!
A celebratory Day Festival of Wellbeing with an inside/outside Triathlon at its centre – and including talks, classes and After Party.
In 2019 our focus will be to raise awareness & knowledge of the impact your Physical health has on your Mental health – we are calling this “Mental Health Matters” – and importantly to support the Charlie Waller Memorial Trust, one of the countries leading charities on Depression.
